I just received a new aerial picture of the Kihei Surfside complex in South Kihei where we own a 1 bedroom 1 1/2 bathroom condo. I thought you might enjoy a look!
In the lower left corner you see Kihei Surfside's large lawn and the lava rock shoreline (see the reef right there?). The 6-storey white building behind it is Kihei Surfside. You can see the newly installed photovoltaic panels on the roof. The building's board of directors just informed us that the panels have been producing 81% of the building's energy needs the past few months (the balance of the power is provided by the local power company). Talk about going green!
Directly behind (the yellow building) is the Mana Kai which has a small convenience store and the 5Palms Restaurant. And yes, that is Keawakapu beach starting right next to it. How about a beach vacation for you?Labels: condo, Kihei, Kihei Surfside 405, restaurants
