A somewhat fuzzy hardhat photo of Sig and I. Any guesses? Where are we?
Here's a hint.... this is what the entrance to the property currently looks like... There's a construction fence, scaffolding and lots of people working on the building's exterior!
The property has been a major construction site for the past 4 1/2 months. The contractors have been doing structural repairs, replaced all windows, re-sealed and water-proofed the building, and painted (do you like the new color?).
Have you guessed yet? Here's another hint.... this is part of the view from our condo's lanai. Once the scaffolding has been removed, it will look much better!
Have you guessed it yet? Sig and I went to our Kihei Surfside condo to check out the progress. I really like it! We were primarily checking to see what work needed doing in our condo.... the carpet and window coverings are being replaced as is the couch, and we've just hired someone to do the painting and rehang light fixtures.
The building is scheduled to re-open November 1st and we can't wait! We have repeat guests who will be our first post-construction guests to the condo!Labels: Kihei Surfside 405
