Do you love buying 'local'? There's just something about eating food, wearing clothes, enjoying art etc. that is produced locally.
On Saturday November 8th the Mayor's Office of Economic Development and the Maui Chamber of Commerce are hosting the very first Made in Maui County Festival! I can't wait! It will be held at the Maui Arts and Cultural Center from 8am - 4:30pm. Get there early for best selection!
They have 130 vendors signed up. The criteria for these vendors is: their headquarters must be located in Maui County (Maui, Molokai, Lanai) and there products must be 51% value-added in Hawaii. Curious who will be there? Check out the list on the 'Vendors' section on the website.
