Yesterday I wandered around the Maui Kamaole grounds where we own an ocean-view ground-floor condo, taking pictures for our upcoming property owners' newsletter. Maui Kamaole is located in South Kihei and has 23 acres of park-like grounds with low-rise condos. A recent Tripadvisor review referred to Maui Kamaole as a 'botanical garden with condos'. I'm not sure I'd go quite that far, but I can tell you - you should see the association's monthly landscaping bill!
