If you've stayed in one of our condos this fall/winter, you'll have found a small packet of local coffee for your first cup on Maui.
How did we select these coffees? Well, as it turns out, very simply - these are the two coffee companies in Maui County that sell one-pot coffee packs.
Coffees of Hawaii is located on the island of Moloka'i (which together with Lana'i and Maui form Maui County).
Mauigrown Coffee Company is located in Lahaina, just off the Pali Hwy next to the smoke stack (very easy to find).
Each pack should be sufficient for one pot of coffee (if you are making a 12 cup pot, that is, if not, just measure it out). Both are medium roasts. If you don't enjoy coffee, you are welcome to take it home for a friend.
