The Maui News is advertising a free Hawaiian music concert this Thursday December 20th at 11am at the historic Kaahumanu Church in Wailuku. It is called 'Picnic for Poki'.
Bring your own lunch and a lawn chair or blanket and enjoy fresh-baked cookies provided by Roselani Place (a senior center). The concert is open to the public and free. For more information call 871-7720.
These picnics take on the 3rd Thursday of every month.
Kaahumanu Church is a 136 year old church on the corner of Main Street and High Street in Wailuku (on the way to the Iao Valley). It's a beautiful old building, sadly in need of repair.
